Spring Pacifica Beauty giveaway

Pacifica-Beauty

It’s always a happy day when I get a box of goodies to try from Pacifica.

It was rare for me to get excited about a mascara. I wanted to, because my thin, skimpy lashes need help. But most mascaras haven’t delivered on their promises. Until now.

I was THRILLED for Pacifica Beauty to introduce me to their new lash extending 7 in 1 mascara, called DREAM BIG.  Let me be  honest: I was super-skeptical that its 2 in 1 brush really would do what it said it would do, which is to provide:

instant length
lash lift
volume
conditioning
rich color
That’s a lot, right?

But now I am obsessing about it and its Magic Wand, because yes, it does make my skimpy lashes look far longer and fuller than anything else I’ve tried–and it comes off easily with water and without lash breakage or pulling.  When does THAT happen?Rarely. I have at least a dozen mascaras in my bag and this is the only one that does what it says it’ll do. Spring is looking good as far as my eyelashes are concerned.

The Magic Wand is interesting–and different– because it screws down and up. Different is not always good, but this time, it really was. The wand comes in the LONG position. I applied the first layer with that and let it dry. Then, I swiveled the end of the wand to shorten it. I applied a second layer with the shorter brush to build volume. More layering in the short-brush-position means more volume. And because it is conditioning, daily use is actually good for my lashes. Pacifica Beauty says it contains a clinically studied peptide that has been shown to improve natural length and volume, which is a really big deal for me.

I love it.

Pacifica-beautyJust like I love Pacifica’s handy roll-on scents. I’ve used these for a long time and often give the scent rollers as gifts. The roller packaging is leak-free and great for travel or for carrying in a bag or briefcase. The three signature blends with natural and essential oils are: Tahitian Gardenia, Indian Coconut Nectar and Tuscan Blood Orange.

Pacifica-beautyPacifica Beauty also sent me their latest makeup removing wipes called Coco Pure. Since I travel so much, I love these refreshing pre-moistened wipes that remove makeup, leaving skin ready to be cleansed. It’s really a dream come true to have products that are free of both paraben and sulfates.

Pacifica-beautyA new addition to the portable hand cream market is Pacifica’s natural, anti-aging Hand Creams that keep skin moist and beautifully scented.   The hand creams have shea butter, almond aoil and safflower oil and are paraben-free. Now, these smaller sizes are available in Pacifica’s best-selling scents of Tuscan Blood Orange and Indian Coconut Nectar.

HAIR HEALING PRODUCTS BY PACIFICA SOLD EXCLUSIVELY AT ULTA.

As if that wasn’t good enough, I got yet another box, and this one had a brand new hair healing collection. Be still my beating heart!  There’s some yummy scents, super fruits and veggies in the entire line. I got the Super Kale shampoo/conditioner in my box but Pacifica Beauty also has Coconut Power (I want that!) and even Well Conditioned, which is a one step gentle cleanser and conditioner that I’m dying to try.  Plus Best Day Ever is a 10 in 1 Style Extending Balm.  And yes, they are effective.

It’s almost too much fabulousness –I really am like a kid with this line and you KNOW I’m not the gushing type. I use their smoothly-applying, 7-free nail polishes, too. In fact, I’m wearing a shade now. And other cosmetics in their line.

So here’s what I like about Pacifica Beauty: Its entire range of products is 100% vegan, cruelty-free and certified by PETA. No animal testing!  Pacifica uses recyclable materials and sustainable ingredients. Finally, all marketing is woman-positive, with safe ingredients and claims that are backed up by research.  It’s a good, ethical company.

And yes, I know it might seem silly, but I really love the product packaging. When I open my beautiful Pacifica Beauty box I know that some pretty little boxes are inside. It’s a little luxury that makes me feel good! Not only that, but it makes a beautiful presentation for a gift, which is why I often buy Pacifica lotions and products for birthday presents and holiday gifts. My lucky friends love them.

Get 15% off your first order by visiting the Pacifica Beauty website here.  Plus, the signup asks for your birthday, so I expect another little something off that month.  Free shipping on orders over $50.

I have only used natural, paraben free products – ever. I looked at Pacifica’s website and appreciated the information. Some make-up tools are hard to find which are totally natural. This certainly gives us options. Thank you

I’m not familiar with their products but – cruelty free and unusual fragrances of the hand cream intrigue me. Blood orange may go well with the tea scented hand cream I purchased in Charleston, SC last year. Never can have enough hand cream. And, I have too many bad hair days not to want the Jet Set (I read it as “Pack”) Trio.

  22. Cori says:

I like the make up removing wipes. Those would be very useful to me.

  23. Estelle says:

Well, that mascara sounds great. I’m always returning mascaras because they flake off in my eyes and irritate them-and I wear contacts. Thanks for the new product info.

  24. Clare Speer says:

  27. I hadn’t heard of this brand before. I only put mascara on about twice a year. I’m generally too lazy to do makeup except for special occasions but this sounds awesome

  28. Jennifer says:

That Best Day Ever sounds like it might help control my hair.

  29. SWEET! Sounds good. I’ll have to check out Pacifica!
