Where is the house? It is a buyer’s market so it can come down to a game of “chicken.”
It’s not that simple in this case. The owners have already dropped the price significantly, don’t have to sell because they are wealthy and they have half a million more into the house than they have listed. They’ve turned down 3 offers from others already.
So it’s not as simple as a buyer’s market and chicken….but then again, it never is…
