Four Sisters by Rick Mobbs
I’ve been lucky to have shared my life
with many wonderful women
who have given me
warm sisterly energy.
I think women crave a bond with others
who accept and understand them
in ways only other women do.
Not all women, though,
so when you find it,
you’re lucky.
Last month I spent a few days
with a group of sisters in another state.
We had a fabulous time.
Afterwards, I received an email from one of them
warmly welcoming me into their “circle of sisters.”
It was such a lovely thought.
Lucky me!
