Are you too busy to read a post this morning? I thought so. But you have two minutes, right? And you need a little holiday meditation break, right?
The beautiful mandala meditation I’ve linked to below takes only two minutes and is a beautiful way to regenerate for the rest of your holiday preparations.
Go to the full-screen view to get maximum impact of the gorgeous images. Two minutes. I know you have two minutes to relax, right?
Here you go!
That is totally awesome. I’ll be pinning this for future reference. I may need to come back to it today for a time out while i’m in the midst of Thanksgiving cooking.
What a great idea! It was a lot harder for me that you would think…I’ll come back to this one again.

Sometimes we think we do not have the time to relax…but we can either do it voluntarily or do it from a hospital bed….take your pick!

Happy Thanksgiving.
Your mandela makes me miss the bong, kaleidescope and bell bottoms I got rid of 40 years ago! Luckily for me, all Thanksgiving angst rests on the shoulders of the hostess of the holiday feast I will be attending.
Love it! Great idea to get us all to stop and take a few minutes to get in touch with the source.

Thanks for sharing this… pinning to look back on. I didn’t think I’d sit through the 2min, but I did. Beautiful…mindful, and much needed!

That was amazing! I could have used about 58 more minutes of that. Can anyone tell me how to shut off my brain? Even for those 2 minutes I was trying to get it to quiet down.
Thank you, Carol.
Happy Thanksgiving.

Hi Carol! Thank you! That was mesmerising! I normally meditate to music but that visual really takes you deep fast. I might try that as a start to my normal practice from now own. Thanks again and happy Thanksgiving! ~Kathy

Ahhhhh, I want to put that on a loop!! Thank you…now back to decorating. We have a law firm coming to celebrate the holidays at our home next Wednesday, so i have this week to decorate instead of what I did last year which was rush and hate everything. Wait until you see the tree I designed yesterday…for once, with my husband’s help I achieved the vision in my head. That almost never happens! Happy Thanksgiving my friend…love to all

I went full screen! Loved (and needed) every second of that! What a great way to easily take a much-needed break. Thank you!
I needed that! I have been baking all day and just sat down with my wine. It was beautiful! Thank you for sharing and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

I was so sceptical but when I watched, I felt my breathing slow down so I think it really did relax me. Have bookmarked it for stressful occasions!
Wow, trippy! Very cool, and a good break from the full day!
