For sure, treat yourself to some beautiful flowers.
Take a nap.
Write poetry. Yes, even if it’s bad.
Play with makeup.
Steal time for yourself.
Eat some good chocolate.
Watch escapist TV.
Go to a movie.

Same with hair and makeup: call your local cosmetology school and see if their practice rates are affordable.
Watch the sun rise. Or watch it set, if you’re not an early bird.
Get out a coloring book and color a little every day.
Buy a fashion and beauty magazine and page through it. Or House Beautiful. Sunset. Home and Gardens.
Play music loud.
Drink something sparkly.
Celebrate every little thing.
Don’t forget to have fun.
Life is short.
Do the good stuff.
