One night we wanted a simple, easy-to-make but healthy dinner.
We bought a rustic French baguette loaf. Toasted it by baking it in an oven so it was just a little toasted.
Then, we sliced a ripe avocado on top of it and drizzled it with balsamic vinegar.
I cut up some romaine, dressed it with balsamic dressing. You can add cherry tomatoes or whatever you like.
And that was dinner.
Super-filling. Super-yummy. And pretty darn good for us. Try it!
